AFOQT Situational Judgment Practice Tests
Situational Judgement is a way to measure your baseline ability to effectively lead by asking you to determine what you consider the MOST effective and LEAST effective means to resolve an issue or problem. These problems are intended to be similar to what you might encounter in real life as an officer. You will be presented a short paragraph, typically about interpersonal conflict, and then given 5 possible ways to address that conflict or issue.
AFOQT Situational Judgment (35 minutes, 50 questions) measures your ability to respond to interpersonal issues and serve as a leader.
